CooperVision brand contact lenses are eligible for up to $100 in combined rebates!

Simply follow the steps outlined below:
1. Get an eye exam with contact lens fitting at Clear View Eye Clinic
2. Purchase contact lenses at Clear View Eye Clinic
3. Obtain a receipt for your purchases and obtain a rebate mail-in certificate
4. Mail in the required number of box tops, receipts, and rebate certificate to the address indicated on the back of the certificate
